Today I spent most of the day fiddling with the parts for the pedal box. The instructions in the book were wrong and had photos of older models. Even the instructions online made no sense. So I just made it up and tried to stick to the photos, I think it turned out okay.
A photo of the master cylinders for the brakes and the clutch cable.
From the drivers side looking into the foot box.
The accelerator cable (left) and the clutch cable coming through the foot box panel.
Very cool Mr.nesh! Keep it up...
ReplyDeleteVery cool brake setup. Not sure I have ever seen the dual master cylinders before. Kep the pics and commentary coming. I want to build one now as well!

ReplyDeleteGreat job Nesh. U will have to master heel n toe with this nice set up.
DeletePrinesh,
ReplyDeleteI think I understand why you have two master cylinders. One is attached to the brake pedal and one to the clutch. The clutch master cylinder is to release the clutch.

Actually both are attached to the brake pedal. One cylinder leads to the front and the other to the back, the bar in between allows you to balance the flow. The clutch has the quadrant wheel that pulls the clutch cable.
